You can place an order by contacting our sales team via email or phone. We also offer personalised assistance to help you choose the best equipment for your needs.

All machines are built to order and then tested at the manufacturing facility, to ensure everything is working as it should. Once payment is made, we give the green light to the manufacturing facility to begin building your machine to your specific requirements. From there, they are packaged and shipped via sea. Then a local freight company delivers to your door. This process normally takes 4-6 weeks but may vary depending on the time of year. If you require a machine sooner, please do not hesitate to mention it, as we may have something available at the Melbourne distribution facility that may suit your needs.

We offer nationwide shipping across Australia or pick up from the distribution warehouse in Keys Road Moorabbin. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and product availability. Our customer service team will keep you updated throughout the shipping process.

We do not offer an in home installation service. In saying that, we are here to help and if you're having any issues or concerns, do not hesitate to call us.

Our showroom is currently under construction and due to be open early 2025.
